Convinced that gender diversity is a real asset for performance, the OMNES Education Group supports the government approach aimed at promoting gender equality through Decree No. 2019-15 of January 8, 2019.
The EBS thus calculated the 4 legal indicators making up the Professional Equality Index set up by the Ministry of Labor, namely:
- Indicator 1 : The gender pay gap (40 points),
- Indicator 2 : The difference in the rate of individual salary increases between women and men (35 points),
- Indicator 3 : The number of employees increased on their return from maternity leave (15 points),
- Indicator 4 : Parity among the 10 highest remunerations (10 points).

The objective of the index is to measure the status of companies in terms of professional equality by aggregating several indicators, resulting in an overall score out of 100.
By obtaining a score of 85/100 , up 5 points compared to 2019, the EBS demonstrates that it meets its obligations in this area and proves that it remains faithful to its commitment to preserve equal treatment between men and women.
Also, this daily commitment is materialized through access to employment through an egalitarian recruitment process and professional promotions made regardless of gender.
In an approach of continuous improvement, EBS will continue in its actions, to give meaning to this good result, and will continue its efforts to improve further.Updated 15 December 2021
